Shipping & Delivery - Modest Look

All orders received before 12 noon Monday-Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12 noon or at weekends or public holidays, will be sent on the next working day.
If there is a problem with your order preventing us from dispatching, we will normally contact you within 24 hours of the order being received by us or on the next working day.

Deliveries are normally made within 2-3 working days from dispatch in the UK mainland and can vary for international destinations (Approximately 1 – 2 weeks). Although we do our very best to ensure swift dispatch and delivery, we cannot guarantee these times. We will send you an email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Our standard delivery charge starts from as little as £2.00 (UK only). All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery or other secure courier service.
Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods, as a signature is normally required.

UK Nextday Delivery (on selected items only)

Our UK Nextday delivery charge is only £7.00. All deliveries are sent via Recorded Delivery or other secure courier service.
Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the following working day, and delivered within 24 hours of dispatch. This does not include weekends or public holidays. Please place you order before 12noon if you require the next day service.
If the UK Nextday delivery is available in the item you order, it will be normally displayed under Delivery options. However if this is not displayed or if you require the items urgently, please contact us at customer@modestlook.com and we will be able to assist you in getting the items delivered on time.
All next day deliveries will need to be signed for. If you are not home during normal working hours, please use an alternative address. If using a work address, please include your company name and your full name in the delivery details.

Customized Order Delivery (Delivered within 4 weeks)

Please select standard delivery option for the customized orders in the checkout (for both UK and international customers).
Please note that the delivery time for customised (made to measure) orders can take up to 4 weeks since the items are manufactured according to your measurements and some delicate hand work and craftsmanship may require special attention and it is normally a time consuming process, therefore please be patient and we will ensure to deliver the time as soon as it is ready. In most of the cases we deliver customised orders earlier than 4 weeks however this is not always guaranteed.

FREE DELIVERY FOR UK MAINLAND ADDRESSES ON ORDERS OVER £150*

For a limited time, provided your total order value is more than £150, you can enjoy free delivery on all orders to the UK mainland addresses* when you buy online at Modestlook.com.
