Returns and refunds

  • At ModestLook.com, we want you to be fully satisfied every time you purchase from us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return/exchange items. If for any reason you wish to return any item we will be happy to refund or exchange without any questions, provided they are returned unused, unworn and its original condition. You need to contact us within 24 hours of the receipt of the item and if we ask you to return, you need to return the items within 7 days (10 days for non-UK orders) from dispatch of the items.
  • For exchange or refund of items the delivery charge is non refundable and the items must be returned at your cost as well. Please note we cannot accept returns of items returned more than 7 days after delivery, items that are not in their original packaging and extreme sale items.
  • Unfortunately, customized items can not be returned since they are being prepared specifically for you as per your instructions with your body measurements. We try our best to give an excellent service to our "Made to Measure" customers and we expect our customers to make sure that they send us correct measurements following our Customized product guide.
  • All goods must be returned in sellable condition and in their complete original packaging with all original labels and tags attached. For hygiene reasons, accessories such as Hijab pins and Jewelleries cannot be returned (even if they have not been tried on).
  • Please ensure that the garments we send are tried with highest care that they do not in any way get stained or soiled. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been followed. Please note, if your return or exchange is refused for the above reason, then you will have to pay for the postage to get your item back.
  • If you would like to Return or Exchange any items, please contact us before hand and we will provide you the required information to return the item safely. Please do not post items back without informing us since we cannot accept any item that was returned without our knowledge.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that we safely receive any returned items, there fore we strongly recommend to use recorded/registered post when returning items.
  • Upon receipt of the returned items, We will take action on that immediately and as per your request  we will either issue the refund or despatch the exchanged item as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take up to 21 days, so we would be grateful if you can bear with us.
  • Although we provide refund on faulty items, we would like to advice our customers that all our stocks are thoroughly checked before despatched from our warehouse. Therefore we ensure our customers that the chances for you to receive a faulty or incorrect item is very minimal.
  • Please note that the colours of items may slightly vary from the image provided. This is mainly due to the screen resolutions, graphics cards and settings of the computer monitor. We can not guarantee an exact match to the colour you see on your screen. There fore colour variations may not be considered as a valid reason for returning an item.
  • If you have any issues with the items you had ordered, please contact us first via email and explain the issue and we will be happy to advise you about the next course of action. Please note, if our return policy is not followed we reserve the rights to refuse any return or exchange of the items.
